Wendy Hodkinson passed away peacefully on 12th October 2025, aged 86 years after a long illness.

Wendy was a long time member of Eccles AC, she was also a member of several Cheshire clubs. Many will know her as the Curator of the Simon Archery Collection, The Manchester Museum at University of Manchester.

Wendy’s father Frank Mills set up the Lancashire Archery Association in 1954.

The funeral service will be held at Manchester Crematorium on Monday 10th November 2025 at 11:00am. Family flowers only please. Donations may be made to Cats Protection.

Wendy was a keen clout and flight archer in her youth.
