Open AGB Tournament held by an LAA Club
Payments currently made to clubs holding an open AGB tournament in Lancashire, will cease with effect from December 1st 2024.
These payments were for Judges/scorer food and Judges mileage, and were put in place to help clubs following COVID.
These fees should now be paid for out of the Club tournament funds.
This proposal was voted on (and unanimously agreed) at the November 2024 AGM.
Note - TOs may wish to present judges & candidates with £10 Amazon Gift Vouchers instead of the usual bottle of wine. These expenses should be met out of the tournament entry fees.
